Sterilization Plasma System
An innovative system to sterilize medical devices at low temperature
The effectiveness of a sterilization process is crucial to avoid the risks arising from the use of medical devices on the human body. Moreover, if the sterilization process takes place at low temperature difficulties multiply. This is the reason why Cisa has carried on a program of research and development whose aim is to assemble an innovative piece of equipment which permits to deal with and solve the problem in terms of effectiveness, safety, applicability, versatility, productivity and inexpensiveness.
The principle underlying of the functioning of this new machine is PLASMA, the fourth state of the matter. It is a technology that has been known for a long time and that has turned out to be the ideal basis to develop a piece of sterilization equipment with innovative performances.
During the sterilization cycles at low temperature the PLASMA assisted by a solution based on hydrogen peroxide makes it possible to have results that are by far better than those obtained with the other known technologies.
The performing speed of the sterilization cycles and the ready availability of use of the devices are such that it is possible to quickly rotate these devices, thus reducing considerably the time of performance for surgical operations.
Series K-2
The technology featured in every Cisa machine isn’t only limited to the digital process control.
The Cisa research team has also dedicated a lot of effort to the structure and construction of the machines. A thorough choice of materials and components guarantee the safety and durability of the machine under every circumstance. All Cisa machines are manufactured with the same standards of hygiene and dependability with the same standards of hygiene and dependability and feature amongst others, the following characteristics:
